In my years as a bartender, I have been continually impressed by the aromas and flavors of the various brands of wine and spirits, which led me to be passionate about them.
I found it in the back bar of a certain bar in Kobe city. I felt I will taste LOUIS XIII someday and decided to be a bartender who can treat it.
I would tell them about its deep shades, as well as its aromas and flavors that continually change as time passes.
I would say that it is the best of cognacs that one can slowly enjoy.
I would note that its aromas and flavors change with the seasons, and that it seems to be breathing, just as people do.

"Imagine" from John Lennon. Indeed in one of our Ultraluxe Villa can be found the Neve mixing console on which John Lennon recorded his famous song. Furthermore, this song conveys similar values as Eden Rock – St Barths such as friendliness that we aim to have with our guests.
When I started my studies at the hotel school, I developed curiosity in tastes for both fine food and quality wines. I had the chance to discover epicurean pleasures and I even became fascinated by the complexity of wines and spirits.
In 2004 at the hotel Normandy in Deauville, just after I joined the property. I attended a tasting of the Louis XIII for the very first time and I immediately added as a reference in our wine list.
Try it once: you palate will remind!

I started my career in the hospitality industries by working at the bar; and that was how I developed my passions about wines and spirits. Even though I was young and carefree back then, but I always believed that I have an old soul. And I do love the perfections of making wines.

Today is the day – take chances, raise a glass!

I fell in love with hospitality and then bartending and naturally became obsessed with wines and spirits
The film "Cocktail" was when I first encountered the brand, but my first bartending job in the UK was when I actually experienced it.
I would not tell them anything about the taste, as they need to experience that for themselves, I would tell them about the history and exactly what has taken place to bring this decanter and cognac to life.
To own my own company within hospitality and run it from my villa on the Greek island of Rhodes.
